Clogau – ‘the official gold of Royalty’ is a second-generation jewellers based in Wales.
They have a vast database of customers with email addresses (250k) and use the Dotdigital platform to build and deliver weekly/monthly emails. But they didn’t feel as though they were really maximising the customer insight data within Dotdigital, or taking advantage of what automating their email campaigns can do. So we’ve helped them to create a range of data segments and automated email journeys based on the customer’s purchase history.
